Do you know that feeling you get right before a rainstorm? When you open the windows and the humid air rolls in through the screens? And the air is charged with so much power and energy and every sound takes shape and a peacefulness settles over everything... The air is scented by tears not yet cried by the clouds, and so many memories are outlined in the fog of my thoughts. I am unable to bring forth specific memories, but the sensation of the chilled night air on my skin brings tears to my eyes that will not be shed. And hearing the raindrops cascading through the leaves of the trees a feeling overcomes me that I can't explain. It is beyond the comrehension of a human mind. It is sorrow and extacy intertwined. It is knowing but being unable to explain. There are as many ways for the rain to fall as there are to make love...
